IMPORTANT TRAINING UPDATE IMPACTING TOURS
Effective January 1, 2009 all units must have at least one person trained in Planing and Preparing for Hazardous Weather with the unit while on tour. This course is avaialble on-line and requires about 30 minutes to complete. Concurrent with this requirement is a new tour permit form.

LICENSE PLATES
The next time you register your vehicle, ask about specialty scouting plates. Several plates and styles are currently available, including one to celebrate 100 years of scouting in the U.S. and the BSA In God We Trust plate.

DISTRICT ROUNDTABLE
Overviews of the Religious Emblems Programs are being presented at each of our monthly Roundtables which are held on the second Tuesdays of the month, 7:30 PM to 9 PM, at the United Methodist Church at the corner of Shallowford Road and Briarcliff Road.  Please attend to learn about the essentials of all religions.
